Known as MarquisPad MP977, the device is powered by a Texas Instruments dual-core 1.2GHz processor and 1GB of DDR2 RAM. Its 2GB internal memory is probably not enough for you to install games and apps, so there is a microSD card slot with support for up to 32GB cards. A 2GB microSD is included. The MP977 sports a 9.7-inch 1024×768 LED-backlit multi-touch display and a VGA front-facing camera that makes video chat possible. It supports Bluetooth 2.1 and WiFi 802.11b/g, and comes with built-in speakers and microphone. Toshiba’s AT270 is a not-yet announced tablet powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor. Showed at the MWC 2012, the AT270 is a 7.7-incher with a 1280×800 AMOLED touchscreen display. No details have been announced but we can see a camera at the back, a microSD card slot, built-in speaker and a connection at the bottom that looks just like Apple’s 30-pin dock connector.
